VACANCIES

Dear 2010 Member

 

The club is asking for nominations from suitable members to fill the vacancies we have for the positions of Club Treasurer and Vice Treasurer.  The successful applicants will join the management committee for the remainder of the 2010 Season.

 

The roles primarily involve the collection and banking of the club fee’s & fund raising, as well as reporting on the clubs financial position at committee meetings, as well as being part of the decision making process on how the funds are spent.

 

It is hoped that the roles can be shared between both applicants along with assistance from the other committee members, rather than having one member locked in every week.

Here are the current Rosehill Social Golf Club Committee.  Please feel free to speak to them on any matter's that involve the running and your enjoyment of the club. 

 

We have also listed at the bottom of this page the 2010 Match & Social Comittee's.

Responsibilities include supporting the President.  Looking after recruitment

and the introduction of new players into the club

 Responsibilities include organising a match committee to develop the seasons

 playing fixtures.  To run the day’s event and announce the day’s winners and

 distribute prizes.  Chairman of the match committee

Responsibilities include assisting the captain in his role.

 Responsibilities include looking after all the financial matters of the club,

 to advise the committee of the clubs financial situation and to suggest

It is important that you know who your match committe are so that if you have a specific golfing type question, then these are the people who can best help you in the first instance.  Please feel free to approach them for any advice.

Robbo's band of "Merry Men' are tasked with both fund raising and creating enjoyable social events, both after the game and at special times during the year.  If you have any idea's that you may think will be of interest, please don't hesitate to speak to one of them.
